Only what your plan and bookings need. Depending on how you use Moienapp, that can be:
Please don’t send passwords, full payment-card numbers or one-time codes. Support will never ask for them.
To run your account, build and update your plan, explain your documents, arrange bookings and payouts, reply when you write to us, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties (accounting, tax, lawful authority requests). We also analyse aggregated, non-identifying usage to improve plans and matching quality.
Your Companion and AI. When you ask Moienapp something, it uses your situation and the documents you chose to share to answer. Suggestions are decision support: nothing is booked, paid or shared without your OK.
We never sell your data. We share only what is reasonably necessary:
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens for GDPR-protected data, we use a lawful transfer mechanism such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with safeguards.
While your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, plus periods the law requires (tax and accounting records, for example), and the time needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce agreements. Some information must therefore be kept temporarily even after you ask for deletion; where that applies we restrict access to it and delete it as soon as the duty ends. Backups are overwritten in due course. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
Access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, backups and confidentiality duties for staff and providers. No internet service is perfectly secure. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us immediately at hello@moienapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Under the GDPR you may have the right to access and copy your data, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, receive eligible data in a portable format, withdraw consent, and complain to Luxembourg’s CNPD or your local authority.
To exercise any right (including data export or deletion), email hello@moienapp.com. We may need to verify your identity and will reply within the period the law requires (see retention above for the few records the law makes us keep a little longer).

Moienapp is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided data unlawfully, contact us so we can investigate.
We may update this policy as Moienapp, our providers or the law change; material changes will be announced in the app and the date at the top will change. Questions or requests: hello@moienapp.com, or visit support.
Email us from your account address for exports, deletion or any privacy question. A person replies within the legal deadline.
